Dear All, We are currently running an exchange server 2010 all thing is OK until our country (jordan ) start using daylight saving time , we adjust the clock of domain PDC as following (time zone Amman +2) and add one clock to time to reflect the correct time because I untick the automatically adjust clock for daylight saving in clock properties (since we have alot of unupdated windows XP Clients that are haven't this feature) , the clock in exchange server is correct but when you open OWA or outlook 2010 the is always shifted by one hour ahead. while in outlook 2007 the time is OK . Note : DCs are Win2k8 R2 any Ideas for solution . Ahmad Mansour

Quote: “the clock in exchange server is correct but when you open OWA or outlook 2010 the is always shifted by one hour ahead” So, the time is adjusted forward two hours on OWA and outlook 2010 client instead of one hour, right? Is there any difference between outlook 2007 client machine and outlook 2010 client machine? No. The outlook 2007 and Outlook 2010 are the same, both machines time is correct and both are (Amman +2) and when you open OWA form outlook 2007 machine the outlook 2007 shows time correct but the web is shifted by one hour ahead . The problem in my opinion is that OWA 2010 and outlook 2010 is considered Daylight saving even its disabled through system. Is there is any way to disable it on web (OWA 2010) and Outlook 2010 for all clients?

Hello Ahmad, Are you still working on this? If so: 1. How many Exchange Servers do you have? (Are the roles separated?) 2. Have you made this adjustment on all servers? (If multiple) 3. In Outlook 2010, does the same issue happen in cached mode and out of cached mode? Thanks, Kevin Ca - MSFTKevin Ca - MSFT

Ahmad, Can you give more details on where you are seeing the timezones being off in Outlook and OWA? (Calendar items, messages received or sent, etc.) Also, do the clients and servers have the latest time zone cumulative update installed? http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2158563Kevin Ca - MSFT
