Unfortunately it cannot be done with a scorecard but it can be done for the reports. Following is how:

You cannot have the date control without a Time dimension. The Time Intelligence used the Time tab mapping under data source. You can treat your [Paiddate] dimension as Time dimension, if possible.

Alternatively you can create a drop down filter with all your non empty dates sorted descending and link that with the dashboard and reports.
