Date and Time changes from original message
I will try to explain my problem the best I can. If I send a message to a different time zone and the
recipient replies to that message why does the date & time change in outlook in the section of the headers where my headers from original message show a different time that the time i sent it, if i sent the message at 8 am and when the person replies it
changes the section of the headers of my sending to him 3 hours later than when it was sent. I noticed this in outlook 2003 and 2007. i hope i did not confuse anybody, kinda hard to explain.

Post the headers you're talking about.

Either his or your server is probably set with the wrong time or time zone. It's hard to say without seeing the headers of the message you sent.

Hi
Would you please explain the issue more detailed?
1.
What's the version of your exchange
server?
2.
Whether the issue only occurs on a particular user or computer
when he sent the email?
3.
Whether the issue still occurs if the user use OWA to send mail?
3. In the Send Item folder, whether the time is correct in the meeting request?
Please check the setting of time zone in exchange server and client.
Thanks
