Datacenter Disaster Recovery plan

I am unable to find any generic template for that. We have a template based on our setup. Still I am sharing some useful links to understand exchange 2010 DR.

Hi Bhardwaj,

Thank you for your question.

In my understanding. There are two situations:

  1. Disaster happened on all datacenter, including DC. We will recovery DC first when we have backup DC, then we could recovery Exchange by situation 2. If backup of DC has been missing or corrupted, we didnt recovery Exchange server.
  2. Disaster just happened on Exchange server, we could recovery Exchange by the following link:

       https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd876880(v=exchg.150).aspx

Notice: Although link is about Exchange 2013, it also apply Exchange 2010.

If there are any questions regarding this issue, please be free to let me know.

Best Regard,

Jim
