Databases Do not appears on Exchange Management Console

I Have a Exchange Server 2010 installed on Windows 2008 Server SP2. I dont have activated the product. The exchange 2010 is coexisting in Exchnage 2003 Organization.

The databases created in Mailbox Servers does not appears in Exchange Management Console. When I meke Click on Databases Management Tab in Organization Configuration MAilbox Node, I get the following message: You must Provide a value for this property. It was running the command 'get-MailboxDatabase -status'.
If I use the Exhange management shell And execute the cmdlet get-mailboxdatabase -status I get the same error message.

If I use the command get-mailboxdatabase -server <MBXServer> I have success to see the databases in that MBX server.
