You can try adding your Account to the 'Organization Management' group. Regards, SAJ

Hi, >What rights do I need and how do I set them? "Organization Management" and "Server Management" is required. Use get-RoleGroupMember -Identity "Organization Management" to check if the user account is a member of this group. If not, then you can add this member to the group. http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd638143.aspx Furthermore, you can install EMC client on a client computer to test if you can see these two tabs. Please remember to click Mark as Answer on the post that helps you, and to click Unmark as Answer if a marked post does not actually answer your question.
