Hi everybody
I have 2 domain server and Exchange server (2010).. before 3 days exchange server failed. I tried to fixed but I can't so I installed a new exchange...

Now I can't create mailbox for users had mailbox before .. I found users in (move Request) under Recipient configuration ,so I can't do anything for them..

Sounds like you need to leverage database portability. Where is the original database?

Thank you for your question.

When the Exchange server failed, we could recover it on a new operation system by disaster recovery:

We didnt install a new Exchange directly.
