I am new to Access 2010.  I have worked in Access 2003, created databases with switchboard pages so novices can easily get to forms or reports they need without issue. 

I want to create a form that will ONLY allow data entry and allows multiple users to enter data from different computers at one time.   Don't want showing of other records.  No Sharepoint yet.  The form will be on our server and may be placed on everyone's desktop for easy access. 

Set the Data Entry property of the form (in the Data tab of the Property Sheet) to Yes.
