DTD error while trying to reteive XML from a 3rd party site.

Languages Known: JS and small bits of VB

Office Version: 2010

Error Code:

"Error Code : -1072896636

URL : <not-supplied>

Reason : DTD is prohibited.

Line : 1

Column : 11

File Offset : 10"

Pertinent information: Running off a networked office, no access to local storage, no ability to edit any of the files associated with excel.

Question: How do I get my data into Excel.

Note: The site may not be in the "trusted Site" list in Windows, however, I'm almost 100% that this site is safe and good to use.

I am unable to post the actual site due to login restrictions.

I'm attempting to load XML data from a 3rd party site using Excel 2010. When I go to add an xml map using the "Source" option in the developers tab, I get this DTD error. I've cruised the web for a few hours at this point trying to find out whats going on.

In my searches I've learned that this is a common enough problem, that it might be something "protecting" me from malicousness out there in the ether. I've learned that there are ways to stop this, however, I can not find ANYTHING that comes close to my situation. Figured I'd break down and ask some real experts.

Ultimatley I would like to be able to open this workbook. Refresh the data, and be looking at the XML information from this third party site, organized in a way that makes it easy to read. Help
