DST Issue...
Hi, How do I solve the following problem:In a public calendar users have been booking appointments without automatic DST correction turned on at their local machines...This is giving DST issues when booking mettings outside the house as well as appointments showing wrong times on mobile devices.I've tried varios DST tools but non seem to work....Exporting the calendar to Excel changing the DST setting and importing the calendar back again solves the time issue, but all appointmends contain attached files, and grids from MS Word, so this method is out af the question...Manual update is an option, but the calander contains 6500+ apointments so if there is a way to correct this automaticly this would be preferred :-) ThanksNicolai

I suppose you could write a program to fix it or contract a solution provider to write one for you. You might check slipstick.com to see if anything is posted there.-- Ed Crowley MVP"There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."."Nichoqwe" wrote in message news:784fefb6-4bab-4245-9b78-f557d3f0a6d7...Hi, How do I solve the following problem:In a public calendar users have been booking appointments without automatic DST correction turned on at their local machines...This is giving DST issues when booking mettings outside the house as well as appointments showing wrong times on mobile devices.I've tried varios DST tools but non seem to work....Exporting the calendar to Excel changing the DST setting and importing the calendar back again solves the time issue, but all appointmends contain attached files, and grids from MS Word, so this method is out af the question...Manual update is an option, but the calander contains 6500+ apointments so if there is a way to correct this automaticly this would be preferred :-) ThanksNicolaiEd Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems."
