Is is used by Exchange? Can you check in event id 2080 and post it here? Also output of Get-ExchangeServer -Status | FL Name, *domain*, *global* here? You may try by checking below counter in perfmon manually... For which DC you got the "LDAP Search Time' is beyond the error threshold of 100 ms. The measured value is 172 ms." error? Is it in In-Site or Out-of-site? You can open "Performance" in Start -> Programs -> Administrative Tools.
