Hi, I performed DNS lookup regarding the domain Wappoint.co.za. I notice the MX record for the domain should be Mxc01.mxrc.co.za and Mxc02.mxrc.co.za. Please correct me if I am wrong. Would you please let me know whether you have any idea regarding the server svvdac001.dac.local. From the DNR message, I think that the issue occurs when mail server attempt to query svvdac001.dac.local. Hi, Well our mail goes toMxc01.mxrc.co.za and Mxc02.mxrc.co.za which is spam filters. After that it gets forwarded to the svvdac001.dac.local server. Not sure what you mean with "Any Idea". Does it make a diffrence that the server is .local and not .co.za? Thanks

Hi, From the NDR message, the error indicated that the Mail Server is not able to find the A record for the svvdac001.dac.local host. I assume that the svvdac001.dac.local is your Exchange Server and I guess that you have inbounded mail flow like below: External mail server->Mxc01.mxrc.co.za/Mxc02.mxrc.co.za->svvdac001.dac.local Therefore, I guess that the issue occurs when the server Mxc01.mxrc.co.za/Mxc02.mxrc.co.za attempts to deliver message to svvdac001.dac.local, they are not able to find A record for host svvdac001.dac.local. You can check the Message Header of the NDR message to check whether the Mxc01.mxrc.co.za/Mxc02.mxrc.co.za generates the NDR message.
