 I need Shell let that can be used for extracting list of changes on the DL (distribution Lists) for a period of time.

I need a list.. not access group by group.. a list for all

Example..

I need to know when the group was created, modified, etc.

Just enable the auditing on the default domain group policy in the domain controllers .By doing so we can able to track the group changes by using the event logs.

Look at the Exchange 2010 and 2013 AdminAudit Log.
