DC And Exchange

Hi,

My domain Name is abc.com. I'm planing to implement Exchange 2013 in my domain.

But my registered domain is abctech.com ( means I need mail id to be configured @abctech.com)

Is this possible, if yes what is the changes I need to do in Exchange ?

1. Install exchange and configure email address policy to stamp @abctech.com as an additional SMTP or primary to all recipients.

2. Add abctech.com in accepted domain list

3. create MX record for abctech.com and point to your gateway

As mentioned by John you have to

1) Create a New recpepient Policy add @abctech.com.

2) Add @abctech.com to accepted domain and set it as Authoritative domain.

3) Do you use any other mailing application in your site (Dominos, Sendmail etc..) if yes then you should already have MX record in place which will be pointing to your gateway, so you just need to change and point it to your Exchange 2013 CAS server.
