Hi, 1. First please try to run setup/PrepareAD and then setup /prepareAllDomains. 2. Please run ADSIEdit.msc from a command prompt and then check if you have Microsoft Exchange System Object (MESO) container under Domain. Note: The ADSIEdit.exe tool is an MMC snap-in that you can use to edit objects in the Active Directory database. For more information about ADSIEdit.exe, in Help and Support Center for Windows Server2003, click Tools, and then click Install Windows Support Tools 3. Please check if msExchSystemMailbox objects corresponding to the mailbox stores are present in the container. Note: right click on msExchSystemMailbox-Properties, then check value on homeMDB. There we should can find the DB which you have created. 4. Please Move database files and logs into another folder. 5. If all the settings in the previous steps are correct, then please re-start Microsoft Exchange Information Store and Microsoft Exchange System Attendant service. 6. Please try to mount the database again. If the issue persists, please collect the information below for further troubleshooting. 1. Please try to run ExBPA to have a health scan and post the error information. 2. Please check event viewer and then post the detail error event information. Regards, Xiu

hy every thing i have tried already soory for the late reply i have solved the problem by my self actually the problem was that i was not creating the folder named Mailbox that is why it was not mounting the database i have just created the folderr Mailbox and in that folder i have create another folder named DB1 like E:\Mailbox\DB1 in the DB1 i have created the database and it was successfully mounted the Database. I dont know why this is happening but it is trye that if you will not create a folder named Mailbox you will recieve the error but once you create the folder Mailbox you are free from the error RegardsSKHATRI
