DAG Can't replicate over point to point on another subnet

We have 3 mail servers in a DAG - 2 of them on the same lan/subnet and the other server is in a remote location with point to point line on a separate subnet.  I'm not able to replicate over the p2p line but replication works on the local Lan.  I've struggled with this issue for over a week now trying to setup numerous DAGs - traditional and IPless - checked WFS settings,  replication network adapter settings, forcing AD replication, manually seeding databases. Could this be related to bandwidth?  We have a 100 mbps line between 2 sites. Or maybe we need to isolate replication network in a separate vlan ?

Hi,

Is there any related error event in application log?

Please check below:

1. Enable/disable IPv6 in TCP/IP

2. Enable/Disable firewall in server

3. Check DcDiag /s and NetDiag and verify report for DC connection.

Thanks,

Does Test-ReplicationHealth provide any additional information? Can the machines Ping each other? Are the copies Failed? Do they have any information in the ErrorMessage field from Get-MailboxDatabaseCopyStatus?
