We've encountered this problem on both Vista and XP clients. We first saw this sometimes happening on Vista clients, but it seem like it starts happening on XP SP3-clients as well. We are not sure when it happens, but several users have reported that they randomly loose the ability to cut and paste in Outlook, or they are unable to use the mouse to mark text at all. Even a restart sometimes do not help. I guess you want logs etc but I would rather like to have an expert tell me what this can be caused by.

I'm not sure. it seems like its not a problem with cut and paste, but with marking. it seem like its not possible to mark text using mouse. I guess I mis-formulated that sentence.
