Hi, I am using MS Office 2007 on windows XP professional Version 2002 service pack 3. 

We have a Volume license for this in my group company.

From the last few days, i am facing a peculiar problem in my MS Excel 2007

My Cut Paste Insert option is not working and coming on grey color, if i am selecting the whole row or column.

Please help me to come out of this issue.

does that happen in all files, new workbooks as well?

If one file only, do you have any merged cells? Is the sheet protected? Is the file shared?
