Cut Over Migration

Good day,

I work at an organization that ran Exchange server 2003. We got an Office 365 subscription and I started the cut over migration which has now completed successfully.

My question is what is the best way to make the changes in outlook on all the workstations? Can i create new profiles through GPO? Is there a way I can just change the exchange server in the user's current outlook profile so it will point to outlook.office365.com and no longer to the onsite exchange server?

Thanking you in advance

Hi Rudi:

If you are using Office 365 and Exchange 2003 as your mail server, I think we can use OCT to customize Outlook Profile. This article is a guidance of how to created a PRF file.

This is a sample of PRF file.

If i misunderstood anything, please let me know, thank you.
