Custom line ends in Visio 2007 changes in Visio 2010

I created custom line ends in Visio 2007 that worked fine but get distorted with Visio 2010. My customer wants to paste the Visio-drawing into Word and thats where the problem shows up. A strange thing is that I don't get the same problem even though we have the same versions of Visio and Word. This is what I get

and this is what my customer gets

The difference might look small but it is important that it lookes correct. Has anyone heard of a similar problem?

Can you explain what you are seeing different? They appear the same to me, but  I wear glasses. They also look like the standard dimension lines that come with Visio, so what does your custom line end do?

Where I can see a slight change in the arrow heads, the question might be better focused on how the paste is being performed. (paste, paste special, paste as object) After that you might start focusing on the system environment.

The difference I can see might be caused by the computer video drivers.

1. ensure you have the latest video drivers.

2. reduce or eliminate any video hardware acceleration (display properties)

The difference is quite small but the arrow heads are not completely centered in the second case. My customers needed a fixed length and width of the arrow heads so I could not use the standard ones. For the time beeing they are using Visio 2007 where the problem is not shown. They will try Visio 2013 later.

OK thanks. I will ask my customer to try this.

I think they have tried all paste options but I will have look at it again. In Visio 2007 there are no problems with this, only in Visio 2010.
