I support a customer who has created a custom Outlook 2003 calendar for outside vendors (not on our network) to view. He can see the calendar and sets up dates to share with the vendors and has shared the calendar for all to see. The outside vendors can not see the calendar entries. All permissions, access, setup, etc. appear to be properly completed. It has been surmised that maybe the calendar needs moved to the server instead of just created on the users account and shared. Please advise.
