Custom Resource Properties, how you have used them?
Hi all, I'm just testing and trying to figure out of the possibilities to use Resource Properties, especially for the conference rooms. I would like to hear how others have used these extra properties. Personally I don't like that they are only available on the Outlook's description field and that I'm not able to use space on the properties. e.g. "room/16 seats". And I'm investigation of the E2007 currently. -- Petri

What I have done is to put the seating capacity in the display name. That way, when you go to the GAL you can see the meeting name and the seating capacity that way is better than having to go to the property of the meeting room(s) and then find out the seating capacity.That's my 2 cents.

Thanks Michael, For the capacity there is already attribute, but I was more likely to see more than 10 euros ideas of how others are using the custom Resource Properties :) -- Petri
