Creating an Email Address Policy for another AD Forest

We've created some linked mailboxes in another forest. Now we'd like to apply an EAP to users in that forest who have linked mailboxes. In Exchange 2013, I don't see a way to apply a policy to an OU in another AD Forest. We have a two-way trust but I don't see the other domain when browsing on Recipient Containers. Is there a trick to

I believe you'll have to use an extension attribute or some other attribute to identify that the user is in the other forest.

Thanks for the note back Ed. The more I dug into this I realized that Exchange is not going to stamp my AD object in another forest, I'll do that. Since the mailbox is in the Exchange domain, that's what I'm seeing get stamped.

This question came about from an issue I had with Outlook Autocomplete not 'autocompleting' when a user in the other forest tried to create a profile. We found that the mail attribute was not populated but that when it was the profiles created seamlessly.
