Creating a second Public Folder to fix Free/Busy...
I have about 6 or 7 users that cannot view the others Free/Busy information. They are all on the same storage group database in the First Storage Group. I just upgraded to Service Pack 2 and noticed the new Public Folder Admin tool. When
I went into this tool, I was unable to establish a Replica folder for the Public Folder. I think this is the root of our issue; but I don't have the expertise to know the difference. Should I attempt to create a second Public Folder in the First
Storage Group or try to move the Public Folder to the First Storage Group? Just an FYI, I am getting an Event ID 8207 error on my Event Log.

Is this Exchange 2007?
If so, then a missing replica would affect all users, not just a few.
Furthermore, the replica is placed on the sub folder of the free/busy folder, not the top level folder.
Is there anything that connects these users? Outlook version, database etc?
You can't create a second public folder store, so trying to do is a waste of time.
Event IDs on their own are useless, you need to post the content of the error.

Here's a crazy idea...
Since it is only a few users having an issue, could it be that they need to be re-joined to the domain? All users are able to see each other's free/busy information via OWA.

Did you migrate these users from Exchange 2003 or earlier? Did you remove the Exchange 2003 Administrative Group? If the answers to these questions are yes, then you'll need to fix their legacyExchangeDN entries
to the same values (except for the user CN) as newly created users in your organization.
