Creating 'White-Lists' for individual users
I am wondering if Exchange is capable of creating a 'white-list' that would allow that user to ONLY send and receive email from email accounts listed in that white-list, such as sending and receiving email ONLY from otherDomain users and NO outside users. Thiswould be in an effort to stop non-company email from being sent and received.Ron A.

Which version of Exchange do you use? If you want to disable send/receive facility outside of your organization then you can refer below thread.... http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvradmin/thread/d0dce602-85ef-4590-9780-b82f56459470/ Similarly you can use transport rules in Exchange 2007 to prevent users form sending/receiving mails for certain domains but it is difficult to achieve in Exchange 2003 unless you are capable to write/develop your own transport event sink.
