Create rules in Outlook 2010 for Uppercase and LowerCase

Hello All,

I need to create outlook rule so that certain emails with uppercase subject goes to specified folder and email with same subject but with lowercase letters goes to another folder. How do I create a rule in Outlook for this scenario?

I'll be more specific. I need to create a rule in outlook so that emails having subject line as "Test" go to Test1 folder and emails with subject line "TEST" will go to Test2 folder.
