Every monday we have a meeting planned for the whole company to discuss the plans for next week. All collegeas can add discussionpoints to this meeting. This meeting is organized by a collegae of mine, who is leaving our company in August. I want to reschedule this meeting from 9:00 o'clock to 8:30, but since i'am not the organizerI cannot change this. I don't want to delete this meeting, cause it has a history with discussion points which can be handy every now and then. What can i do?I also want to prevent this kind of things for the future, so is it possible to create a meeting which can be changed and rescheduled by everyone.

Per my knowledge, such change can only be modified by organizer as you saw currently, which is the expected behavior If you really want let all users to modify a meeting, please create a mailbox and share the Calendar folder to Default group, so everyone can change and reschedule the meeting Same as the current meeting, if you want to share this meeting, please share the Calendar folder of left colleague with those who have the rights to change or reschedule the meeting
