Hi All

Is there a way to create a Outlook search folder that will appear in multiple peoples accounts?

The search folder would be a search for a particular message class in that persons deleted items.

I would like to do it so that all those in a particular AD group have the search folder by default.

Hi,

Based on my knowledge, we can only create the search folder in Outlook client. And the ability for users to use Search folders isnt currently available in Outlook Web App 2013.

I have no idea to create search folders for multiple accounts from a particular AD group at the same time. My suggestion is to create the search folder in Outlook one by one for these users. Additionally, since the search folder is available in Outlook client, we can also ask a question in Outlook forum for more suggestion:
