Create a new mailbox through ECP interface on Exchnage 2010 SP2

Thank you Terence. So unless I am willing to write my own code to allow mailbox creation, or am willing to purchase a 3rd party management application, it seems I am better off with the /hosting environment. With all of the articles on Technet saying, don't use the /Hosting mode, wait for SP2 and deploy an on-premesis system and use Address Book Policies to deploy a hosting environment. I was hoping they would have some of the basic functionality a hosting provider would need built into SP2. I consider allowing administrators of hosted organizations to be able to add/remove users their own users to be basic functionalty. Marc

I was wondering if SP2 allows creating users from within the ECP. I am trying to decide wheither to deply with or without the /hostingmode. At this time I can not find how to allow remote administrators to create/delete mailboxes through the ECP when not in /hostingmode.
