Create a mailbox that can not receive mail & custom notification to sender
My goal is to create a mailbox that can only send mail, but if someone tries to send mail to said mailbox it will reply with a notification about how it can not receive mail & to contact another user. The only way I have found that prevents mail from being received is to set MaxReceiveSize to 0, which auto-sends a reply about it. I'm okay with this setting, but I'd like to customize the message into something clean such as; "This is John's HR mailbox, which can not receive mail. If you have any questions or concerns please e-mail John@company.com" It this possible or does anyone have a suggestion for a work around?

If this Exchange 2007 and above, create a transport rule that redirects the message to the other mailbox or bounces the message back to the sender with a specific rejection message.

My apologies for not mentioning; this is Exchange 2010. How do I create a specific rejection message?
