I am creating a custom MMC so that my Help Desk can only see the Mailbox section of the Reciptient Configuration, that part is no problem. Is there a dll or something I can register to make the mmc work without having to install the management console? For example when I created a custom mmc for ADUC I just had to copy dsadmin.dll and register it and they were are to use the snap in. I would like to something similiar with the Exchange Console.Otherwise I don't see much benefit in creating a custom mmc because a smart user could figure out how to bring up the full console.Thanks

I dont think there is anyway around that.Even if they bring up the full-blown console however, if they are only recipient administrators, then the lack of permissions will prevent them from doing org-level tasks.
