Create a Reminder or meeting request for users in an AD site
We are doing a printer migration, basically cutting users over from an old print server to a new one. utilizing Active directory sites we are deploying the printers VIA GPO linked to the sites. Well I kinda want to follow this line of thinking and want to attach a calendar event or reminder to all exchange accounts that would be in the site as well... can anyone give me some basic direction on this.

Hi You can Create a Dynamic Distribution Group, and then filter all the user in AD site. After the Group is created, you can send Reminder to that Group CheersZi Feng TechNet Community Support
