Create Public Folder from CSV file?

Anyone have a good resource or example of script/formatting of CSV file to create Public Folders from CSV? I need to create a group of folders that are repetitive and need to be able to specify folder type (calendar and contacts).

Possiblly through MAPI connection and some sort of CSV file/script combo?

There being a New-PublicFolder cmdlets and numerous cmdlets that you can use to configure public folders, this should be a straightforward scripting project.
