Create Move Request Based on Mailbox Size

We have some very large mailboxes and I just finished one that took almost 3 days to migrate. What I am wanting to do is create batch requests based on mailbox size.  For example, I would like to find all mailboxes under 200MB and create a move request from that result.  I want to get the quick wins by migrating over all of the smaller mailboxes and then leave the larger ones for last.  I am not a PowerShell guy (yet) and not quite sure how I would do this.  Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

How many large mailboxes do you have?  Are there so many that you need to automate this, or might it not just be more efficient to manually start the largest ones?

We have 100's of mailboxes that range from 3GB to 20GB.  There has never been any type of quota or archiving process put on our mailboxes (which this project is going to help me change that).  After going back through the reports, I am going to have to rethink that way that I am doing these migrations and I don't believe that just blanket moves based on size will work.  Thank you for the quick response.
