Create GAL????
Hi, I have many department in my Co. and i need to make it as group list, So any body need to send through Microsoft Outlook he has just go to Global Address List and see all the Department. I went to System Maneger ==> Recipients ==> All Global Address Lists, i do there a New Global Address List but when i go to my Outlook i can not see it. And when i create it under All Address Lists, its work will. Any body can help me? Please see this link. i create 1 Address List " Information Technology" and i can see it in myOutlook but i need it to apper Under GAL. Thank you.

Just create a distribution group for each dep. and the users you need to it and it will show in in the normal GAL. when you create a distribution group put the name in for example sales set the group type to distibution and select whether you want it domain local only for for global, click next tick the box for create an exchange email addres then next and finish. add the members of sales to it, in the GAL will then show Sales people can select that to email everyone in that group also if you selected global external can email sales@yourdomain.com
