My new Gateway GM5420 came installed with VHP. I purchased an upgrade to Vista Ultimate. Went thru 1.5 hours of installation and at the end, when Windows Vista Ultimate was to deploy for the first time, I got a blue screen crash (flickered too fast to read what the problem was) and the system rolled back to VHP. I ran Upgrade Advisor and it shows no problems to upgrade to Vista Ultimate. System facts are: 1.86 Ghz 2.00 GB ram 320 GB Hard Drive 25" HD Monitor Trying install again, but very frustrated with all this lost time. Henry Dunklin
