Dear all nice guys, Working problem, I have installed EMC 2007 in XP clinet successfully in our domain. And the prerequisite were also prepared well. But recently, I found that I could not install Exchange 2007 Management console in XP sp3. The awful thing was that in the last installing step there would always pop up the error in the attachment. What is the root reason and how to fix it?Franklin hong

Hi Franklin, Did you run Nltest.exe command and what is the result? Pelase also run WhoamI in the command window to make sure you are logon into domain with a proper user account. Hope it is helpful.Fiona Liao TechNet Community Support

Dear Fiona, Thank you for your kind attention. I used this way of change DNS to the IP of the first DC to fix the error. And the problem is fixed in my XP. But the method can not work out in my colleague's xp and we use same OS system.
