How can I change Cortana's default Contact List?

When I ask Cortana to "write an email" she asks me to choose a Contact. When I push the plus "+" sign to choose a Contact from my address book, the wrong Contact list is displayed. It looks like a partial contact list from Outlook.com (not Outlook 2013 Desktop application which I use).

so...How can I choose which Outlook Contact List Cortana accesses?
