Hi All, I'm wonder whether in Exchange 2003, can i setting whatever email that the user A sent out and i can get all his outgoing email to my inbox?? tks, beta

Hi Beta, I think, straight solution of your question is not possible in Exchange 2003. Alternatively you can archive this by implementing journaling but journaling can be enabled on mailbox store level so you need to create a mailbox store and move User A on it & enable the journaling on mailbox store to receive all mails to your mailbox. How to enable Message Journaling: In Exchange System Manager, click Servers. Click Storage Group, right-click one of the mailbox stores listed, and then click Properties. On the General tab, click to select the "Archive all messages sent or received by mailboxes on this store" check box, and then click Browse to choose your account for the archived messages. Reference: Journaling with Exchange Server Edit: This will have both sent and received messages of User A into your mailbox.
