or Webmail.
This issue persisted UNTIL I moved their mailbox database to another server. Instantly the all conversation history was restored and was available. Is it possible that there is a bug or configuration on the mailbox database server that would/could
induce this type of behavior?
I'm running Exchange 2010 SP2, the user is running Outlook 2010 and Lync 2010. The mailbox database is a member of a DAG so I just simply changed the active copy of the mailbox and BAM the issue instantly resolved itself. If I change the active
mailbox database back the issue comes back!
Has anyone seen anything like this? Have any ideas?
Thanks,
