ControlID's Outlook 2010

Hi,

Does anyone know the contolID's to be set to grey-out the menu buttons for editing the signatures in Outlook 2010.

We are using Exclaimer Signature Manager Outlook Edition but the users are able to edit or even decide not to use the company signature and create a totally new one.

I've checked de ControlID's but cannot find these one.

Anyone can help?Looking forward for any suggestions

Hi,

We can use ControlID "5608" to grey out the Signature button under Message tab and Insert tab when composing a new message, but users are still able to manually edit or remove the signature via File > Options > Mail > Signature.

If you are using Exchange, we can consider to use the Disable Signatures group policy setting mentioned by Victor Ivanidze to prevent users from using signatures, and then use an Exchange transport rule to set up a default disclaimer for each outgoing email message. See:
