Is it because the eval product key problem that Exchange 2010 Organizational Health tab showing everything unavailable including databases, exchange server, mailboxes...? How can I evaluate this product if I can't make it work?

Exchange 2010 will run forever without you entering a product key. It will annoy the hell out of you every time you start the EMS or EMC, but it will run. It's not legal to run it that way in production. As to why you can't make it work, you didn't give us much to go on. Hi JIm, Why not download trial version of Exchange 2010 and then install it. Hi It is no need to reactive exchange 2010 SP1 again. According to your saying , you can enter manage database and configure it .
