Content Filtering exception
Hello,
I use Exchange 2007 and were recently received Spams in our organization with the täg "SPAM" or "*** SPAM ***".
I decide to block the two content from both Edge, which solve the issue. The problem is that our Service desk or internal users are somtimes complaining about Spams and mention that content in the subject or body email.
I was wonderinfg if it would be possible to bypassed or create exepting for internal user?
Thanks,
Graig

Hi Graig,
For this issue, I am not clear about what’s your meaning, could you explain it in detail?
Do you want the Exchange Server can block the spam by the content in the subject or body email?
Thanks,
Evan

Sorry for late reply. I did not know taht you could block spam in the subject OR body email.
I connected on the Edge server and add a word from the content filter from EMC.
Thanks,
G
