So are company recently upgraded to exchange 2010 and since the upgrade we've had three Iphones in the company lose there personal contacts?  The phones keep there outlook contacts thought.  Two out of the three the contacts came back after a hour or so, but the third comes back and then then disappear once again.  Of course this phone belongs to our CEO (go figure).  Not sure what would cause this?  Other than this issue the process has worked pretty well.  Does anybody know what causes this and is there any fix for it?

What's the personal contacts? Do you mean the contacts created by Iphone instead of Outlook or OWA? If that is the case, the personal contacts would not be synced to Exchange server and Outlook\OWA client. They are only saved in Iphone device.

Please confirm whether these personal contacts are visible in the Phone > Address Book instead of contacts folder in Mail app. Additionally, please backup the information and remove the Exchange account in Iphone, setup the account in Mail again to confirm whether the issue persists.
