Do you have more than one Domain Controller? And is the Windows Time in sync? Use w32time /monitor to see if the time is in sync. Arne

Thank for the help I found out (with help) that the my smtp role was not configure at all, after configuring i did not get this error but got this failed Status: 5.7.1 Remote SMTP server has rejected address I looked but can't figure out why it is doing that, everything seem configured ok! Could it be because smtp role was not set before the transport hub was configured and now it s not passing mail... MXtoolbox is givving me all green so it is not a firewall or MX isue Thank you New tread here http://social.technet.microsoft.com/Forums/en-US/exchangesvradmin/thread/b41baa9c-9de5-44d0-8f43-8efe67bfc555

Check the firewall ports port 25 should be blocked. connection refused this is could be the problem with port unable to communicate to port 25. Port 25 should be open on your firewall.
