Connection agreement is Orphaned
Ever since I upgraded to Exchange 2007 from Exchange 2003, I've been getting the following warning when I run the Best Practices Analyzer. I just have one Exchange 2007 Hub transport server; I do not have Exchange 2003 any more. Connection Agreement is orphaned Active Directory Connector connection agreement '<name>' does not have a valid value for 'msExchHomeSyncService'. This is usually caused by the abrupt removal of the Active Directory Connector service. Objects in the scope of this agreement will not be replicated. and Active Directory Connector connection agreement '<name> PUBLIC FOLDERS' does not have a valid value for 'msExchHomeSyncService'. This is usually caused by the abrupt removal of the Active Directory Connector service. Objects in the scope of this agreement will not be replicated. I checked the "Tell me more about this issue and how to resolve it." It says to create a new connection agreement in ADC Manager snap it; however I no longer have Exchange 2003 ADC. Exchange 2007 doesn't have an ADC Manager. How do I resolve this issue? or can I safely ignore it? ScottL

You'll probably have to delete the old 5.5 objects from adsiedit.msc. ( Or ignore :P) This KB has the steps: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/867659 You receive a "Mapi was unable to load the information service emsabp.dll" error message when you use the Exchange Server 5.5 Administrator program to connect to an Exchange 2000 Server computer

Thank you. I just removed the ADC entries in ADSI editor. This resolved this warning.ScottL
