Connected Domain in Office365 portal cannot verify MX record.

Hey

i hav an Office365 portal which is working correctly and has a domain anem registered (eg. MyDoman.com), but the MX records that the office365 portal wants to use cannot be verified against the DNS of my domain name registrar.

this is because my email is routed via "Symantec", so my MX record on the domain name registrar is for "Symantec" not Office365.

The Office365 MX record is created within Symantec, so emails come in and out through Symantec first.

This throws up the DNS (Fix-It) message every time i login to the Office365 portal. Is there a way for me to resolved this conflict in the portal.

everything works as is, so nothing is broken, just the message within Office365.

Hi, I suggest you contact IT admin and check the firewall and antivirus software if there is policy DISABLE the MX records.
