Configuring Send on Behalf of for a MailUser
I have a problem setting up Send As or Send on behalf of user@domain.com. I have mail enabled userb@abc.domain.com which has full access, send as, and send on behalf rights to the mailbox and is able to log into the account via OWA. However when userb tries to send it says they do not have access.Any ideas on how to configure a Mail enabled user to send from another's mailbox?

Have you checked the AdminCount attrib on the users via ADSIedit. I had this issue and it was related to permissions prior to Exchange 2007 and restricted groups etc. Our AdminCount has to be set to 1 now for a send on behalf to work correctly. I logged this with MS and after loads of digging that is what they found.Paul
