For My Understanding . Your Currently Receiving And Sending Mails in a.com you wish to add b.com and c.com Now you must Create accepted domains - Hub Transport - accepted domain - Create a accepted domain Now Create a Email Address policy For that accepted domain It will stamp the email address for all the users.

Thanks for your reply. I am very much new to exchange server, kindly make it step by step. To be more specific our company had 15 users connected to exchange server who could only send emails within the same domain a.com & 5 users connected to webmail where they could send/receive emails within the same domain a.com & to the external world. Now our organisation wants us to connect all 20 users to the exchange server & they should be able to send/receive emails not only in a.com as well as the external world like gmail, yahoo, hotmail, other company domains. Do i need to create an accepted domain for all the external domains you mean? Please advice. Thank youazmath

Hello Azmath, You need to configure a send connector, not usually created by default in exchange 2007. This article expalins the process perfectly. http://www.petri.co.il/configuring-exchange-2007-send-connectors.htm Kind Regards
