If I want to assign my AD account noconnor to be able to recover or impersonate a user mailbox jsmith How do I enter that in the cmdlet? Is it like I did below? New-ManagementRoleAssignment Name:noconnor Role:ApplicationImpersonation User:jsmith ThanksWave~Chaser
